We are looking to hire a part-time administrative assistant to work ~20 hours a week in our office, ideally in the mornings, to help mail letters. We mail prospective sellers every day who may need to sell their house, and we would like you to print them, stuff them, address them, and drop them in the mailbox. That's it! It's a very simple role, but it's important to get done, because that's how homeowners call us to talk about selling their home.

You'll prepare 10+ letters an hour to go out before the mail cut-off time of 3pm each day. We'll meet with you at the start of your shift each day, and at the end of each day to review the work before you seal and mail it. All printer, toner, paper, and envelopes will be provided and set up in your workspace. Responsibilities

Print the letter, sign it, fold, and insert into the envelope.
Handwrite the mailing address on the envelope.
Track it all so we know what was mailed and when.
Drop the letters off at the nearby post office before 3pm.
Mail at the pace of at least 10+ letters an hour.

Qualifications:

Legible, clear handwriting.
General knowledge of how to use a computer and troubleshoot basic problems.
Ability to navigate a CRM.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work 4 hours a day, in-person at our office.
Ability to work Monday - Friday daytime (some flexibility).
Can commit to the role for at least 3 months.
